New permeable gravel driveway installation in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. Old driveway which was really just an overgrown garden area with some concrete slabbing through it was ripped out and removed. Existing level was significantly lowered to allow a new permeable base installed. Membrane sheeting was installed on top of this base. Block paving border was installed around the entire driveway area which we benched in concrete. Gravel was installed on top of the finish sub base.

The bonus to a gravel driveway is that it is exempt from planning permission and does not have to have extra drainage installed. It is considered a permeable driveway just like using permeable paving in Bletchley. It will not have any drainage issues and it is great for parking on all year round.
