We removed the old concrete driveway and extended the boundary on it. We tidied up the right side of the driveway to increase its size and allow a new shaped line. We put in a new drainage system to handle the surface water that would be rolling down the driveway. The driveway was laid using a charcoal paved colour and the border done in a brindle 9 inch border and a single 4 inch stretcher bond border outside of it. We put in large block paving kerbs which we sloped running along the raised edge of the driveway.

This was bedded into concrete to ensure it stayed solid and allowed a flower bed to sit against it. We put in a bedded concrete edging kerb on the upper sections which was bedded down deep into the base to ensure it would hold the new levels of the driveway.
